Phoenix Partners Group founder returns to London
2007.10.29 : London – Jon Lines, one of the founding partners and co-head of Single Name broking at Phoenix Partners Group, the credit derivative inter-dealer broker, is relocating back to London.
Lines co-founded Phoenix Partners Group in New York in August 2005 along with Marcos Brodsky, Nicholas Stephan and Wes Wang. Following the opening of the Phoenix London office in October 2006, British born Lines is returning to the UK where he started his career.
Lines has developed substantial relationships within the trading community through rich exposure to diverse markets (US Dollar deposits, Interest Rate swaps, Emerging markets Repo, and US Treasury etc) over the past 12 years. Prior to founding Phoenix he was one of Axiom’s top producing Index and Single Name brokers before having developed his international financial experience working in both New York and London for Harlow Butlers/Garban and Eurobrokers.
